Call center. Inquiry. Communism
(August 2002) In the summer of 1999 we decided to start working in call centres. We wanted to bring together our rage against the daily exploitation and the desire and search for the struggles that can overcome it. Three years later we have written down part of our experience… For those who want to understand what the reality of exploitation looks like in call centres, how people get together there, how they do their work and rebel against it; for those who are looking for ways to collectively deal with the shitty situations in the sphere of exploitation that we come across every day; for those who who have had enough of the representatives of parties and unions and who wants to take things in their own hands; for those who – like us – want to find the revolutionary tendencies that can sweep away the conditions of exploitation.
